Jesus Said To Me

Jesus Said To Me Dream 1 of 2 Date: 1/11/2013

Frail and WeakI was sitting at a large brown table about 50 feet long. Jesus was standing at the left end of the table looking at me. He was wearing a simple white gown with a white head covering. His light blue eyes are the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen. I felt my spirit stand up inside me to getting a better look into His eyes. I didn’t want to take my eyes off of Him. He said, “My people do not read the Word and speak it back to Me.” Then He pointed to the right where there was small, weak, frail figure of a man sitting at the end of the table. The man’s feet were up in the chair and his knees were sitting under his chin. He head was looking down and he had real long stringy dark blonde hair, which all but covered his face. Then Jesus spoke and said, “He is in charge of all my angels.”

Dream 2 Date: 1/13/13

I saw a mass of people standing motionless and silent in a dimly illuminated space. I knew these silhouettes represented the body of Christ. I heard someone say, “Pray for me, I need help!” Yet, no one prayed for the person needing help. Then, I heard another person say, “I am sick and I need healing. Pray for me!” Again, the people remained motionless and silent without lifting a word of prayer to heaven. The people had lost their voices and were of no effect in the kingdom of God.

Meaning of Dreams:

I sought the Lord as to the meaning of the dreams. Later, that same day, I was given understanding from Holy Spirit as to what the dream one meant. In dream one, the reason the man who is in charge of all the angels was sitting, looking down, scraggly, frail, and all crumpled up was because this is the way most of the body of Christ see Him. We know that the head of all of God’s angels is Jesus and He isn’t weak, but mighty in power, strength, and all authority has been given to Him both in heaven and earth. The frail, crumpled up little man’s weakened condition represents how the saints who do not read, and pray the word back to God, see God’s ability to answer prayer and intervene in their lives and the lives of others.  Their view of God is small, weak and ineffective, thus they limit God. A person who does not read the word of God cannot be an effective priest of God. It is no different from a person who does not eat, eventually they will become weak, frail and unable to function. http://seerofgod.com/how-to-grow-the-anointing/

“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being My priest. Since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.” Hosea 4:6

It is due to the rejection of knowledge that my people perish. We have to know the Word of God and exercise the spiritual principle of speaking the Word of God back to Jesus, the head over all the angels. If I don’t read the word then I am rejecting the knowledge of God.

The worlds were created by the voice of the Son of God. Our prayers when fully developed and voiced are then lifted up to the living God where angels work to bring it to fruition.

“So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth; It will not return to Me empty, Without accomplishing what I desire, And without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it.” Is. 55:11

In 2003, I received an email from a friend that was so anointed. It touched me so as I read it that I wept. When I finished reading it I said, “Lord, bless all those who pray for us.” Then the Lord immediately responded, “With what?”

voiceI hadn’t given the Lord anything (Word) in which to work with in order to bless those whom pray for us. On another occasion, Jesus took me up to heaven for three straight nights. I sat in an ornate golden chair, which sat in front of a rectangle window. The view through the window was of the earth below. I heard Jesus say, “There is the problem and this is my Word.” Then He spoke the Word in a language I didn’t understand, but my spirit I knew it was the WORD being spoken by Jesus. The power of the Word filled my spirit until I couldn’t sit in the chair any longer. I jumped up out of the chair and threw my arm forward and pointed at the earth and said, “And I release it into the earth!” I sat back down in the chair and then Jesus said again, “There is the problem. Here is my Word.” I quickly stood up, throwing my are forward, pointing at the earth and said, “And I release it into the earth!” This went on for two nights. Paul prayed, “18 With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints, 19 and pray on my behalf, that utterance may be given to me in the opening of my mouth, to make known with boldness the mystery of the gospel, 20 for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in proclaiming it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak. Eph. 6:18-20

In dream two the Lord showed me the body of believers that were standing motionless and quiet in an atmosphere of gloom and darkness. The body of Christ has lost their spiritual voice, surrendered and become of no effect upon the earth. The dark atmosphere of this world has one goal and that is to silence the saints from preaching the gospel of Christ. Have you ever been so sick that you couldn’t even pray? I have and I had to get another to pray for me. As believers were are constantly being bombarded by the enemy in order to silence our voice. We must not continue on this course any longer. Political correctness goal is to silence the gospel from being spoken in public or print. Preaching the gospel on the streets, even in the United States, can get you arrested in many cities now. Calling sin, sin is now considered hate speech in much of the world.

We now see a society that calls evil good and good evil.

Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness; Who substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter! Isaiah 5:20

Both dreams are deal with the saints inability to understand how prayer and petition heaven work. I’ve probably written a half-dozen or more articles on the blog pertaining to prayer and spiritual warfare.

Q 1.What happened to the voice of the saints in the earth?

A1. Read the Word and speak back to God what the word says about the situation.

The article titled “Agents of Change” in 2009, which is a perfect example of effect prayer in the daily walk of the believer.

Have you ever entered into a business that wasn’t busy, but had a full staff of excited employees just waiting to help you out? That’s a great description of God’s angels just standing around, waiting for some saint to speak God’s word back to Him in a true effectual prayer.

Here’s an example of how I prayed for you this morning in quiet time. I first read Ephesians 1:15-23 and then lifted up these verses before God and prayed to the Father these words for the body of Christ. This kind of prayer engages heaven for the body of Christ because it is on subject, it is of faith, and inspired by the Spirit of God to speak it into the earth. We don’t go by feelings but if you believe God’s word and understand the heavenly principle of prayer and petition then you can’t help but get excited by appealing to the living God with His own words.

15 For this reason I too, having heard of the faith in the Lord Jesus which exists among you and your love for all the saints,16 do not cease giving thanks for you, while making mention of you in my prayers;17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him.18 I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,19 and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe. These are in accordance with the working of the strength of His might20 which He brought about in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places,21 far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come.22 And He put all things in subjection under His feet, and gave Him as head over all things to the church,23 which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.

  • Wells of Confession

    Dream
    Date: 3/21/2011

    Journal Entry –

I was in a large cavernous room which was well lit. The vast room was located inside a mountain which was accessed by a tunnel, that served as the only entrance to the room. The height from the ceiling to the floor must have been several hundred feet in height. In the middle of the floor there was a large dark hole about thirty feet in diameter without any type of barrier around it.

well of confessionAs I stood there observing, a man walked through the tunnel and entered the room. He walked straight to the edge of the hole and stopped. Then he began to confess his sins and repented before God. It seemed effortless for the man to confess here at the large hole in the floor of the cave like room. Then I heard a voice say, “Wells of Confession”. The man had encountered the righteousness of God when he had approached the well.

I was giving understanding that the entrance to this place was well hidden and the only way the man found the location was by his desperate search in seeking out God. Then and only then was he was led to this wonderful, hidden place of repentance.

The next scene in the dream I found myself working with four or five people on a drilling platform. We would efficiently set it up the drilling rig and punched a hole in the earth, then move on to the next location. Once there we set up the drilling rig again and punched another hole in the earth. We kept repeating the same process well after well.

    Journal entry end –

    Meaning

That morning during my quiet time, Holy Spirit gave me the verses of Isaiah 59: 1-2

Behold, the LORD’S hand is not so short That it cannot save; Nor is His ear so dull That it cannot hear. But your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God, And your sins have hidden His face from you so that He does not hear. Isaiah 59: 1-2

In the dream there was a small team of people working together with me on a well drilling platform. The team was made up of people who are like-minded to bring forth wells of confession to the sick, hurting, and castaways of life and go wherever God directs. The team will be assembled together by the direction of Holy Spirit to take the love and compassion of Christ to the ones who are crying out inside to know God. This ministry team will go wherever God directs them to go to show Christ to the sinner and bring forth restoration and life to the body and soul. There will be a heavy anointing of rightousness and conviction from Holy Spirit when this team ministers.

The strong presence of Holy Spirit will be at the Wells of Confession causing many to repent and get right with God. Healings and miracles of all kind will take place as Holy Spirit moves on the hearts of the people. Just as Chirst ministered to the rich and the poor, the sick and the healthy, so shall it be in the true last days ministries.

woman prayingJesus said when Holy Spirit comes, “And He, when He comes, will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment; concerning sin, because they do not believe in Me; and concerning righteousness, because I go to the Father and you no longer see Me; and concerning judgment, because the ruler of this world has been judged. John 16:8-11

Christ commission for the believer is to take the good news to the sinners of the world.

But when Jesus heard this, He said, “It is not those who are healthy who need a physician, but those who are sick.”But go and learn what this means: ‘I DESIRE COMPASSION, AND NOT SACRIFICE,’ for I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners.” Mat. 9:12-13

Historically, wells were important meeting places and a place to get life sustaining water. It took a lot of physical effort to dig a well in the natural as it will take a lot of prayer and personal ministry time in certain communities to dig a spiritual well of confession.

God’s heart is for sinners! He sacrificed His Son that we may come boldly to the throne of grace.  As believers we need to cry out to God to give us a heart for lost souls. Concern for lost souls has all but disappeared from the church today. When was the last time you shared your faith with a lost sinner and loved them with the compassion of Christ?

    Scripture References:

“But when Simon Peter saw that, he fell down at Jesus’ feet, saying, “Go away from me Lord, for I am a sinful man!” Luke 5:8

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me. John 14:6

Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Mat. 9:37

‘Your kingdom come. Your will be done, On earth as it is in heaven. Mat 6:10

This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. 1 Ti. 2:3-4

Jesus encountered the Samaritan woman at Jacob’s well and revealed her sin to her. She went back into the city and said, “Come, see a man who told me all the things that I have done; this is not the Christ, is it?” John 4:29

For thus the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel, has said, “In repentance and rest you will be saved, In quietness and trust is your strength.” But you were not willing, Isa. 30:13

“I have not come to call the righteous but sinners to repentance.” Mat. 5:32

Jesus and the Samarian woman meet at Jacob’s well. John 4: 4-40

“So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. Luke 11:9

“I tell you, no, but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish. Luke 13:3

Peter said to them, “Repent, and each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Acts 2:38

“Therefore having overlooked the times of ignorance, God is now declaring to men that all people everywhere should repent, Acts 17:30

Or do you think lightly of the riches of His kindness and tolerance and patience, not knowing that the kindness of God leads you to repentance? Rom 2:4

I now rejoice, not that you were made sorrowful, but that you were made sorrowful to the point of repentance; for you were made sorrowful according to the will of God, so that you might not suffer loss in anything through us. 2 Cor. 7:9

‘Therefore remember from where you have fallen, and repent and do the deeds you did at first; or else I am coming to you and will remove your lampstand out of its place—unless you repent. Rev. 2:5

‘So remember what you have received and heard; and keep it, and repent. Therefore if you do not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what hour I will come to you. Rev. 3:3

‘Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline; therefore be zealous and repent. Rev. 3:19

  • In the Silence

“His winnowing fork is in His hand, and He will thoroughly clear His threshing floor; and He will gather His wheat into the barn, but He will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.” Matthew 3:12

SilenceIn silence the Lord speaks once to His close ones and they acknowledge His words; for they are appointed as carriers of the Good News to those who have ears to hear.  Support those who faithfully serve Me, who are tried and true and unwavering to the Faith. Minuscule portions will not perpetuate the gospel beyond the border of your habitations. Limitless finances are in store for the real ones. Those who know of only My purposes and plans. Who do not think of themselves or do they insist on being out front under the glow of the lights.

It is in the silence that I seek out the hearts of the humble and give fresh oil each day to illuminate their path. I give hope unto the meek in spirit for their ways give them access to all of My Kingdom. Unless My people turn back to Me and find themselves on their knees before Me they will not be able to sustain themselves in the days and years ahead. For truly I tell you that meager times lay ahead for mankind.  As I have spoken by My servants the prophets, the wheat will be cast out and rejected for the chaff hasn’t been separated and it is of no use to Me.

The Lord asks you to turn back to Me and humble yourselves at My feet and I will lift you up and wipe away those soon to be tears which will stream down your face. I will place My hand upon you again and blow a refreshing breath upon you and your ministry; but only if you will bow unto Me in true humility and become as a child once more.

Decide today what course you will choose, for one leads to sure demise and the other to eternal rewards. Now drop what you are doing for yourself and come and follow Me.

    Scripture Reference:

How blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, Nor stand in the path of sinners, Nor sit in the seat of scoffers! But his delight is in the law of the LORD, And in His law he meditates day and night. He will be like a tree {firmly} planted by streams of water, Which yields its fruit in its season And its leaf does not wither; And in whatever he does, he prospers. The wicked are not so, But they are like chaff which the wind drives away. Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, Nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous. For the LORD knows the way of the righteous, But the way of the wicked will perish. Psa. 1: 1-6

“I will winnow them with a winnowing fork At the gates of the land; I will bereave {them} of children, I will destroy My people; They did not repent of their ways. Jer. 15:7

“For behold, the day is coming, burning like a furnace; and all the arrogant and every evildoer will be chaff; and the day that is coming will set them ablaze,” says the LORD of hosts, “so that it will leave them neither root nor branch.” Mal. 4:1

“Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit, He takes away; and every {branch} that bears fruit, He prunes it so that it may bear more fruit. John 15:2

Of the wheat and tares growing together:

‘Allow both to grow together until the harvest; and in the time of the harvest I will say to the reapers, “First gather up the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them up; but gather the wheat into my barn.'”” Mat. 13:30

  • How to Make Successful Directional Changes

detourSome Christians are seeking to find the plan that God has for their life but forget the fundamentals of seeking first the Kingdom of God and then all these things will be added unto you. Learning how to get quiet on the inside and grow your relationship with the Lord will help you begin to hear God impressions upon your spirit in whatever way He chooses to convey them.

“But if we hope for what we do not see, with perseverance we wait eagerly for it. In the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for {us} with groanings too deep for words; and He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints according to {the will of} God. And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to {His} purpose.” Rom. 8: 25-28

What is happening in your life in the present, whether good or bad, is a result of what you have or have not prayed out in the days past, and what happens in the future will be a result of your present prayer life.

At times, the Holy Spirit will impress you to pray about certain matters that concern His plan for your life. You’ll have an anointing or unction of the Holy Spirit to pray but if you ignore Holy Spirit’s promptings that unction will lift. If you keep ignoring the Holy Spirit leading He will stop dealing with you about this issue because you’ve become callous and insensitive to His promptings.

Why would God give more revelation to an individual who is ignoring what He has already revealed to them.

    Directional Changes (Transition)

Directional changes in our walk are necessary if we are going to walk in God’s will for our life. Some examples of directional changes are geographical relocation, employment, church affiliation, education, relationships, stepping down or into ministry, etc.

Directional changes also present the greatest challenge in the Christian walk because it requires so many aspects of our spiritual being to walk in the perfect will of God. The Bible is full of the wisdom of God but it doesn’t contain detailed information involving directional changes for your personal life. Those things come from the leading of the Holy Spirit.

In order to make a successful directional change in the Christian walk understand that it is made up of five parts.

    1.) Revelation

The “revelation” is what you heard God say to you however he chose to say it, either in your spirit, hearing His thoughts, His voice, dreams, visions, word of knowledge, word of wisdom, prophecy, etc.

    2.) Interpretation

What did God say, how did He say it and what is the meaning. Always hold up before God what you receive from Him. Don’t jump to a quick conclusion what He means with out first getting His understanding on the matter. This is critical and if you don’t do it you will certainly fail in successfully following God’s plan for your life.

    3.) Confirmation

Ask God for to confirm what you understand and remain objective and open trusting Him to show if you have heard him correctly or not.

    4.) Submit It

Submit what you are hearing to someone who has proven fruit of following God’s plan for their life. This may be your pastor, mentor, elder, or someone who you know exhibits Godly wisdom in their life.

    5.) Application

Find out from God how to implement what you now understand He wants you to do. This often is the most difficult piece of the following God’s plan for our life.

    How To Hear

directionalIt is vital to read and study the New Testament and the other books of the Bible in order to gauge what you hear lines up with His word. God will not ever violate what He has already spoken to us in the written text.  There are other voices besides the voice of God so be sure and become a student of the word. 2 Tim. 2:15

When you hear a word, run it through these filters to see if it passes the following test:

    • 1) Does it align with God’s word?
    • 2) Does it align with His character, His nature?
    • 3) Does it build faith?
    • 4) Does it sound like something God would say?

If what you heard will pass this test then it’s pretty safe to say you heard God.

Determine what you’ll do at God’s prompting before hand. Make a decision to respond instantly to Holy Spirit’s leading. As you consistently practice obedience to Holy Spirit, especially in the small things that come up in the Spirit, you will consistently grow in hearing and be able to hear what God has to say about more important matters for your life. You will grow in the wisdom of God.

If you don’t practice following God in the small, quiet promptings throughout the day you will never be able to following Him confidently in the bigger things. A healthy God relationship is developed over the course of time spent walking with the conscious presence of God throughout each day.

The scripture below is a “key” verse in following God’s plan for your life. If you don’t adhere to it you will find it difficult if not impossible to follow God’s plan for your life.

“and to make it your ambition to lead a quiet life and attend to your own business and work with your hands, just as we commanded you, so that you will behave properly toward outsiders and not be in any need. 1 Thes. 4:11-12

If you find yourself in need examine your own life to see if you are following each aspect of 1 Thes. 4:11-12. It is vital to do! Are you having trouble hearing God, then examine your life to see if you’re living a quiet life? Is your behavior toward outsiders of the faith appropriate? Then perhaps you need to attend your own business, get busy with your duties and be quiet. Do these things and your needs will come easily when you ask God for them, exactly right on time.

    • Asking God for your needs and the needs of others and seeing Him faithfully supply them right before your eyes is God’s plan to establish trust so you will follow Him into a greater and more intimate relationship. LK. 11: 9-13 (Ask, Seek, Knock)
    • Knowing the will of God and walking in the will of God is contingent upon your prayer life and upon being established in the word.
    • The more time you spend waiting before the Lord in the word and in prayer, the more sure you will be of the next step to take.
    • In God’s presence, what is not of God in your life will gradually fall away. (Weights, strongholds, sins will fall off your life)
    • As you practice out the mystery of God’s plan for your life according to the word, the Lord will take you deeper in the realm of prayer than you’ve ever been before. (not mystical or floating, but an intimate level of communion with Him)
    • It should be as natural for the believer to be led by the Spirit and to walk by faith as it is for a fish to swim in water and a bird to fly in the air.

    Reference Scriptures: Prov. 3:5-6, Prov. 4:20-22, Lk 11: 9-13, 1 Thes. 4:11-12

    More Keys to Hearing

First believe that you can hear His voice. “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me;” JN 10:27

    • Make a decision to always stay sensitive to those gentle prompting of the Holy Spirit.
    • Set aside daily time to wait upon the Lord in prayer and in the Word to discover His guidance and direction for your life. You can’t just come to God when you want to and expect to grow in hearing God.
    • Wait long enough in prayer for all your physical senses and emotions to be brought into captivity so they no longer dominate you. The more you practice this the easier it becomes to become still in your thoughts and body.
    • Spend time in God’s presence, ministering to the Lord in praise and worship. This will quiet your mind and strengthen your spirit. (worship means to bow down, prostrate oneself)
    • Praying in your prayer language (tongues) will build you up (edify) your spirit man and fine tune your spiritual senses. Pray in the Spirit long enough and you will get deeper over into the Spirit and you will be able to differentiate between your soul and your spirit man.
    • Praying in the spirit is like when an astronaut fires the retro rockets on the spacecraft to adjust the speed, direction or orientation of the spacecraft. When we pray in the spirit the speed (timing), direction (transitions) and orientation are adjusted so we arrive at our destination per God’s plan.. If NASA wants to place a spacecraft on the Mars they have to aim where Mars will be not where it is currently at for a successful landing.
    • Journaling – Record the dreams, visions, impressions, prophecies, flow of thoughts, rhema word in a journal on a consistent basis over a long period of time. It’s like putting a puzzle together one piece at a time. Over a long enough period of time the puzzle begins to take shape and it’ picture is displayed.By writing down what you see in dreams, visions, prophecies, etc you’re showing God that you’re honoring His voice and that you place value upon what He is telling you. It is a fact that within a few minutes or even before waking up from a dream that many details have already faded from our memory. Rehearse what you heard or saw in the dream when you wake during the night and record it in your journal as soon as possible. Do you remember all the dreams you had last week, last month, last years? The greater the revelation you receive, the greater the challenge which lies ahead. You’ll need everything God conveyed to you in your journal to strengthen your faith when things aren’t going like you thought they would. That is one of the greatest reasons to record the revelation.  Hab. 2:1-2
    • Waiting in silence before him and actively listening (being attune) to Him at all times even during your busy day.
    • Not reasoning trying to figure it out in your natural understanding.
    • Be steadfast in faith and trust.
    • Quiet Time – Get still long enough on the inside. Set a table next to where you have quiet time and when your busy body wants to think about your busy day take the time to write down the events of your busy day and tell your flesh that you don’t have to think about that now it’s covered. Tell your flesh and your soul to be quiet that you’re having quiet time with God now, so it doesn’t interrupt. Tell your body that after quiet time you’ll take care of your body’s needs.Once your body & mind are quiet, listen way down deep in your innermost being to what the Holy Spirit is saying to you. “Don’t be lazy here and stop short of hearing what the Lord is saying to you in your spirit. “If you become spiritually lethargic, you could end up following your own soulful desires all the time thinking you’re following God’s plan for your life.

wrongwaySearch around to find Holy Spirit’s leading during your quiet time when you don’t sense the anointing. You may read the word awhile waiting, then pray for a bit still waiting, pick up a book reading and waiting, try praying in the spirit and usually somewhere in the process you will begin to sense the leading of the Holy Spirit. Practice this often and even if during your entire quiet time you never sensed the leading of the Holy Spirit don’t be discourage, return again and again until you do. It will happen and more often as you continue to practice the presence of the Lord. It is a very holy pursuit and it pleases God. He will show up, that is His promise.

    • Meditate on God’s word continually especially when you lay down to sleep or wake up in the night. “My eyes anticipate the night watches, That I may meditate on Your word.” Ps. 119:48

Ministering to the Lord means: Linger in His presence, loving and worshiping Him for all that He is and for all He has done for you. “It means to drink in His Glory and power and to let Him saturate every part of your being.” Acts 13:2 – “As they ministered to the Lord & fasted” Ministering to the Lord you create the kind of atmosphere in which the Holy Spirit can speak to your heart.)

Over the course of time you’ll understand between your own wants and desires and what God wants for you. Then we capture the heart of God in a certain matter and know how and when to make the directional change.

Be still and know I AM God! Ps. 46:10

Learn to Distinguish Between Your Spirit and Soul

You have to learn to distinguish between your soulful thoughts and desires and the Lord’s leading in your spirit. How do I do that?

“Therefore speak to them and tell them, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD, “Any man of the house of Israel who sets up his idols in his heart, puts right before his face the stumbling block of his iniquity, and {then} comes to the prophet, I the LORD will be brought to give him an answer in the matter in view of the multitude of his idols,” Ezk.14:4

“For the word of God [is] living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” Heb. 4:12

    • Being well grounded in the Word is essential to distinguishing between soul and spirit.
    • Being established in the Word will also help you learn recognize the voice of satan as well. The devil will try and speak subtle lies to deceive you.

“You are of [your] father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own [resources], for he is a liar and the father of it.”  JN 8:44

    • “This great dragon–the ancient serpent called the Devil, or Satan, the one deceiving the whole world–was thrown down to the earth with all his angels.” Rev.12:9
    • God speaks to your spirit. What the Holy Spirit says will always line up with His word. God will never lead your steps beyond the principles of His word.
    • Examine your motives for taking the step you’re considering. Why do I want to do this? (Do I want to do this for my own selfish benefit or because someone else is doing this?) “For all who are led by the Spirit, these are the sons of God.” Rom. 8:14
    • Is this something my soulful nature wants to do or something God wants me to do?

(Sometimes it takes a considerable amount of time staying in the presence of God to settle those questions)

Misleading Comes From:  The truth of God is ministering to your own spirit, constantly feeding your spirit by meditating on the word of God and building a relationship by fellowshipping with the Lord is the most important thing you can do to develop your spirit, so you can ascertain God’s will for you life. (Only then can you live in the abundance God has provided for you.)
    • My own emotions (HALT, hurt, angry, lonely, tired)
    • My own personality
    • Failure to study God word. 2 Tim. 2:15
    • Disobedience – (If I am unwilling to follow God in the small things I will never be able to follow Him in the bigger things in life).
    • Remaining in the mental realm (reasoning will take you out of the plan of God if you continue in it long enough. You will miss His will for your life when you stay in your natural thinking.
    • Remaining in the physical realm
    • Preconceived concepts of God are futile and an impediment to your walk with Him.
    • Forgetting that the spiritual realm is the root, the stem and the ground of which all else grows
    • Not following your conscious (gut) or peace.

Now That I’ve Heard God Then What?

    Timing

stop“My time is not yet here, but your time is always opportune.” JN. 7:6 Jesus was speaking about His ministry when the disciples implored Him to reveal His ministry at the Feast of Tabernacles.

Sometimes it takes long seasons of waiting before the Lord in prayer in order to get your motives pure and your priorities sorted according to the word and distinguish between the clamoring of your soul and the voice of the spirit. Just because God tells you to do something it doesn’t necessarily mean immediately. Hold up what He has told you before Him and seek His guidance in the matter.

If God tells you He wants you to start a new church don’t immediately get your shovel and begin to break ground. Or if He tells you to quit your job find out how he wants you to do that. Hold everything He reveals to you in His words, dreams, visions and prophecies before Him to get His understanding in each matter. It is essential in following God’s plan for your life.

Not all delays are due to you. In order for you to fulfill what God has for you requires other individuals to align with God’s plan as well in order for you to step into yours. These are circumstances in which you may never be made aware, however when the circumstance changes, doors begin to open.

There are so many contributing factors to list. A good example can be your destiny is awaiting an inventions or technology deployment to become main stream before you can begin what you have been given by God to perform. The Internet has allowed many to step into a new kind of ministry which wasn’t possible only a few years ago. Before TV became main stream no one could become a TV evangelist or build a world wide broadcast ministry. And even that required the development of rockets that could deliver satellites to space.

What if I’ve been doing that and I still haven’t heard anything?

Keep doing it; don’t place a time limit on God! Keep on seeking the Lord in the word and prayer.

If you want to be led by the Spirit always be willing to respond to His leading, even if it doesn’t’ agree with your own human reasoning, expectations or desires.

Don’t hinder your ability to discern His guidance through wrong thinking or selfish ambitions.

Stay teachable and open your heart to anything the Lord may tell you. He will teach you His own ways and direct into His plan for My life.

Remember, We’re seeking Him and His Kingdom first and then all these things will be added unto us.

  • How to Grow the Anointing

anointingYears ago I found myself absorbed in watching a particular TV ministry that moved in such a powerful anointing. I would see rows of people fall out under the Spirit or by the touch of God when this person ministered.  The things I witnessed could only be done by the Spirit of God. The man’s ministry wasn’t being done for entertainment but it was truly a legitimate and miraculous.

As I watched night after night I began to ask God this question, “How do I grow in the anointing?” I asked this question allot over the next several weeks and would keep asking God until I got the answer. After all Jesus said, “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and it will be opened to you.” Mat. 7:7

Then the answer came in the night when I heard the Father say, “Prayer, supplication and determination, Luke 18”. I got out of bed and headed to my prayer closet with my Bible in hand, thinking what’s Luke 18, what’s in this chapter that answers my question?

Luke 18 speaks of a widow who persistently petitions a judge for legal protection from an opponent, the judge did not fear God nor respect man. However, after a while seeing that the woman was not going to stop petitioning him for legal protection, he relented and gave her legal protection.

In verse 7, “Now shall not God bring about justice for His elect who cry to Him day and night, and will He delay long over them?” There was my answer, the answer that would change my Christian life forever. I knew what I had to do to grow in the anointing, I must spend a greater amount of time in prayer, supplication and do it with determination until I see the anointing increase in my life, until I’m satisfied.

prayerBrother Branham said so many years ago, “You’ve gone as far with God as you’re ever going to go until you’re willing to pay a greater price.”  Are you satisfied where you are spiritually? If so then good enough, but if you desire more of an interaction between you and heaven, if you desire more of an intimacy and more of a relationship with Jesus Christ, then perhaps you could consider how you could give more of yourself to Him.

John G. Lake was a man who had been in ministry for a good many years with some success but he hungered for more. After re-consecrating his life to God, more anointing came upon him but he still felt on the edge of a greater spiritual realm but was unable to enter in fully, leaving him unsatisfied.

Although many people were being healed by the power of God during the next few years, John G. Lake remained hungry for more of God, he walked down the streets of Chicago with his soul crying out, “Oh God,” as people stared at him.  All his friends would tell John that he had a beautiful anointing with the fullness of the Spirit, but he would declare over and over again that there was more.

Through out the years he pressed in for more of God and through various encounters with God he kept growing in the anointing and eventually was baptized in the Holy Spirit and lived out his life in the anointing of God  impacting his generation around the world.

focusOur focus must get off ourselves, we must not live in our own self, our own thoughts, our soul, our feelings, our attitudes, trusting in our understanding and reasoning and leaning on our own abilities.  If we do these things, we will never move beyond where we are now, in fact eventually we may become discouraged, cold and lawless to His commandments.

God is not a respecter of person; His word says, “And without faith it is impossible to please {Him}, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and {that} He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.” Heb11:16. I remember years ago I dealt with a great internal struggle with this scripture.  I wondered if the effort that I put into seeking God would be worth the reward I’d receive by putting in all the time and effort necessary.

“Therefore if you have been raised up with Christ, keep seeking the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your mind on the things above, not on the things that are on earth”. Col. 3:1-2

To grow in the anointing of God and fulfill what He desires for you to do, will require that you wait in prayer on Him and you set aside time for Him daily. To grow in the anointing you must sow back to God much of the anointing He gives you and that is done by spending time with Him. The more time you spend with Him, equates to more anointing operating in your life.

Where you are currently in your Christian walk is a direct result of your prayer life. In other words your life will never exceed your prayer life. If you are not satisfied with where your life is now, then take an honest look back over the course of years and see if you can recognize if your prayer life is missing the three key elements to growing the anointing and walking in the plan of God, “prayer, supplication and determination”.

    Blessing To You!

  • Dear One (Letter One)

This is the first interactive letter in response to questions and inquiries I receive about the supernatural and how to walk deeper in God. People want to know how to increase in the anointing of God. Over the course of time I will share what I have learned and experienced in my walk with God. Take these letters as your own personal writings and apply the wisdom to your life and you will see over time a remarkable difference in your relation with God and man.

    Dear One,

wordFirst of all I thank you for loving God. He is wonderful and He has wonderfully made each one of us for His good pleasure. I would encourage you to pursue your artistic passion which by your own words you laid down so long ago. I read somewhere when first grade children were asked, “Who here is an artist?” The entire class raise their hands, when asked the same question years later, few raise their hands. Why do you suppose that is? Often children are told they are not an artist so they quit believing it. Perhaps they told themselves they were not talented good so they laid down a developing gift.

I often get the question of how to go deeper into God. It all starts with a solid, daily prayer life, setting aside an appointed time as often as you can. I prefer early in the morning before my mind or my day gets busy. It’s better to put on the armor of God before going to battle than wait later in the day to get filled don’t you think?

God understands our busy schedules and allows for us to do the things we have to do but only for a short amount of time will He allow us to continue to “skip out” on Him before we will get chastised for being absent. Our pursuit must be for Him, to know Him and better said, “To be known of Him.” How do you get to know someone? We get to know them by spending time together of course and God is no different.

genesisGod builds us up in secret and reconstructs us to the point that we don’t identify with our old self any longer. He is the potter and we are the clay. A young man I mentored kept asking God, “What do I have that you so want that you called me to you?” This went on for days and one day he heard the Father say, “Absolutely nothing.” He was quite taken back by that response before he realized he was in pride before God.

This walk is about one thing and that one thing will keep it fresh, alive, exciting and fun. It’s about RELATIONSHIP and nothing else, nothing else matters to Him. Understand that God has many people who are doing, and want to do great things for Him, but He wants people to spend time with Him. Few do, few will, few understand because they get caught up in their gifts, their self accomplishments, making a name for themselves or other vain aspects of life. After all we are human beings not human doings.

I want to accomplish what He assigns for me to do. Some of the things He has assigned to me I wasn’t His first choice because He told me others were appointed but refused. I will do anything He asks of me and just say, “That’s OK with me Lord.” We’ve become closer over the years and so can anyone else who desires to.

We must study the word! A couple of weeks ago when conversing with the Lord I said, “Father there are so many churches that have pastors and teachers that don’t know You or understand the depths of Your word.” Immediately He corrected me by saying, “2 Timothy 2:15.” It’s up to each believer to get into His Word, not only memorize it but to know it, to know the audience, to know the context, and learn the wisdom of God, to know and understand the correlation to other verses so strange doctrines aren’t created. The Word…He watches over His word to perform it.

oilI recommend to all Christians who want to grow into the depths of God, to read the classic Christian authors such as Francois Fenelon, Michael Molinos, Madam Jeanne Guyon and Bro. Lawrence. These wonderful Christians lived in the 1600’s and teach about dying to self, about meditations and bringing God in to the simplest daily task like no other authors I’ve ever read! You can never finish these books; they just keep revealing the depths of dying to self more and more. I don’t say this to frighten you but to encourage you to enter deeper into the hands of God. He calls you to deep!

I love your words about Jesus and that He only did what He saw the Father do. As Christians, if we could only grasp the depths of that statement and to pursue God, to wait on Him and to allow Him to show us His works. It seems like you have a ministry to the deaf, a gift and a big heart to share God’s Word through pictures to them. What a wonderful thing this is, for the word of God changes lives!

    In His Name,

    Bro. Bill

  • I’ve Come For Your Words (Angelic Visitation)

On January 11, 2008, I heard the Father say, “In the coming days you will see a light in your house from time to time. When you see this light, it is the time of the descending angel’s arrival, he comes for your prayer requests, give him your prayer requests for an express delivery to Me”.I told my wife about what I had heard in my quiet time and that we needed to get a mental list of prayer requests ready for the angel’s arrival.

On January 14, 2008, while my wife and I were sitting on the front porch engaged in a wonderful intimate conversation, I said to her ”Years ago when I saw the vision of the second coming I was in the Spirit.” When I said that, I was suddenly shot in the heart by what felt like an arrow or perhaps pierced by a sword. My body rocked back in the chair and I became weak and tearful as I began to experience the passion that Jesus has for me. When I looked at my wife, I saw an open vision of her naked before me and I felt the highest level of passion a man could possibly have or understand for a woman. The passion I was feeling for her was a God-kind of passion that burned in me. Jesus was portraying to me that what I was feeling towards my wife, was actually how he feels towards his bride, Jesus the passionate lover of our souls.

On January 15, 2008, at 3:23 AM I awoke and said to myself, “Ten minutes until 3:33 AM” and went back to sleep. Often through the years, God has awakened me at 3:33 AM and I know many other saints who will tell you the same thing. Indeed my wife woke me at 3:33 AM and the following is an excerpt from her journal of an angel sent by God.

Journal Entry January 15, 2008 “Rayneous”

“At 3:33am I was awakened and I knew there was an angel downstairs in the hall in front of the door, in just moments, the angel was at the foot of our bed and facing us.

At first I felt afraid and couldn’t open my eyes, and during the entire time he was at our bed, Bill and I both felt our insides melt like wax, I had tears, we felt heat, cold, nausea and weakness. The large, very gentle angel was half man and half horse, (a centaur) he was completely flesh colored, he wore a small, silver helmet, had blonde hair and had a bow and arrow pulled in his hands.

The angel lowered the bow and arrow and placed them into a holder on his left side, he took out a gold writing instrument and a scroll of paper and was poised ready to write and said to me, “I am Rayneous, you may call me Ray, I’ve come for your words.” After I whispered to him all my goals, desires and prayers, I tapped Bill on the shoulder and said, “Bill, there’s an angel at the foot of our bed, his name is Rayneous and he’s come for our words. I told him my prayers and desires now you do the same.” Rayneous gently walked over to Bill’s side of the bed and was ready to write as Bill spoke softly.

I have a knowing that this angel walked through every room of our home before leaving. Bill and I lay in bed until 4:34am unable to return to sleep and with the symptoms as described above. When we were able to do so, we got up out of bed and went on to our regularly scheduled morning prayer early. The hour seemed to go by as fast as 10 minutes!”

Later that morning when when we recalled the event of the night, we knew that the angel that had shot me in the heart only hours before was the same angel that came for our prayers. Often, when we know that an angel has arrived hours or a days before they actually reveal to us their assignment.

    Scripture Reference:
Daniel 10:12 Then he said to me, “Do not be afraid, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart on understanding {this} and on humbling yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to your words.

  • Fall On Me (Angelic Visitation)

policemanIn the night of January 27, 2008, during the fourth watch (3:00 AM -6:00 AM), I was awakened by the presence of an angel standing at the foot of the bed. I rose up and said, “Lord open my eyes to see” and then I saw the angel with my spiritual eyes. He was dressed in dark blue police uniform. I waited for a few moments and sensed that there was nothing required of me at that moment and went back to sleep.

Our daughter, Wendy was dropped off at our house by her husband that same morning. We asked her when we needed to give her a ride to work and she said she was going to hang around for a while. Wendy is a great employee and really loves her job so this struck me as very odd for her.

I went upstairs to pray for wisdom and thought about the angelic visitor, which came to me early that morning. I asked the Father, “What does a policeman angel come to do? “ He said, “Arrest!” Then He gave me the song, “Fall On Me” performed by the “Shekinah Glory Ministry”. It had to be that song performed by that choir. I knew I had to find this CD immediately and play it. I grabbed it and ran downstairs and as I breezed past Wendy I said, “All I know is that I’ve got to play “Fall On Me” and I’ve got to play it now“!

As the music began to play and the words came forth:
Fall on meFall on me Let your manifested glory fall on me…
The holy presence of God began to fall on me. I now was in the arms of the “policeman angel” right there in the den. I was being arrested by an angel sent by God, while I bowed at the sofa.

The spirit of travail fell on me and I began to go into levels of travail I didn’t know existed. I felt a powerful squeezing sensation all over my body, but mostly on my head. I was in a head lock by an angel of God, an arresting angel.

As the songs on the CD played one by one and the intensity of the music would rise and fall, the intensity of the travail followed. At the end of the tenth song the spirit of travail lifted. When I rose up ad looked for Wendy, I saw her laying in tears on the kitchen floor. She had been overcome by the His presence and power also.

Young Choir Members SingingI believe the spirit of travail is one of the most holy things of God and so powerful when He moves on the human spirit man to intercede on behalf of a soul in need. As the words in the song say, “Some soul is depending on you Lord”, “Someone one is looking to mend a broken heart”, “Someone is lonely and they need you to comfort them”, “Someone’s lost and they need your guidance”.

As soon as the spirit of travail came it lifted after the tenth song finished on the CD titled “Holy of Holies”. The glorious manifestation lasted about fifty minutes.

My dear saints of God, may we never forget what a compassionate God we serve. My prayer is that we all come to the knowledge of Him. Will you we seek to know who He is, His nature, and His character and to know the depths of His love beyond all understanding?

    Bro. Bill

What glorious words written by Deacon Anthony & Rose Harper and recorded by Shekinah Glory Ministry:

As we enter Lord, to worship
And we get on one accord
    your presence fills the temple
    everything we need and more
    your manifested glory
    it is wonderful to see
    I seek your face
    here in this place
    oh come…let, it, fall…on me…
Lord, Lord, Lord, come on, Lord, come on
Some soul, is depending on you Lord Oh yes it is
Someone is looking, to mend, a broken heart yes they are
Someone’s lonely and they need you, to comfort them to comfort them,
Someone’s lost and they need your guidance Oh Lord, come on down,
Let your Holy Ghost, let your anointing,
Let your Shekinah Glory, let it fall down On me,
On me, On me, On me…
    Let it fall down
    Lord let it fall down
I need you Lord to let your spirit fall down On me…

  • When God Fills the Well

I can’t help myself, I believe my God to be an extreme God! I believe He is a God who wants to manifest Himself to His children in an intimate and glorious relationship.

I want to share some supernatural manifestations of God we have experienced while living at Durham. Durham is what we call our house due to its location in our town. When God directed us to move from the Dallas area in 2003, we bought my wife’s childhood home and moved into it October 3, 2003
We left behind our home, church, income, friends and a lifestyle in the Dallas area we had flourished in for many years. Upon arriving and inspecting this house, we found it to be in shambles from years of neglect, we could do nothing but cry and feel sorry for ourselves. We sometimes think of the first night we spent in the house, it had 7 window panes broken out, un-level floors, and a bathroom that we hated to use.

As we sat there in a small upstairs bedroom on a Saturday night, we couldn’t help but stare at the pitiful condition of the room. The people who had rented the house before us bought it had allowed their kids to paint the room in an awful green and blue.

We were sitting side by side in two lawn chairs, with our feet propped up on a milk crate and a 5 gallon bucket, staring at the wall. We couldn’t help but think of what we had left back in Egypt. We had all but fallen off the edge of the earth, only our pastors, and family had a clue what we were going through. I knew then, in order to survive in the wilderness, we would have to go to extreme levels of faith.

In my quiet time one morning, Holy Spirit showed me that when Abraham left the familiar land to go fulfill God’s plan, he must first dig a well in each new place he journeyed. Abraham understood that without a reliable source of water, it would be impossible to survive in the harsh land. (Gen. 21:30).
In desperation, I pressed into God and imagined as I prayed to Him that I was digging a well each time I prayed in my secret place. Day after day I would visualize digging a well with every confession and profession of faith.

As with any well being dug, you must dig and dig, not knowing when or if you’re going to strike water. I continued to petition God to give us a well in which to drink, just as He gave unto Abraham. Abraham said in Genesis 21:30, “You shall take these seven ewe lambs from my hand so that it may be a witness to me, that I dug this well.”

    The Well Filled Overnight
One morning, in November of 2003, when I walked down the stairs, I walked into the tangible presence of God. It filled the lower story of our one-hundred year old house. I called to my wife Jae, who was still upstairs, and said, “You had better get down here; the presence of God has filled this place!” She came down and joined me in the living room and we just set there in the heavenly presence of God, soaking in this glorious manifestation. I had felt this presence before on several occasions, but this time it was in our home, from our feet to above our heads, over flowing, flooding our entire being was His glorious presence. This holy manifestation remained for an hour or more and then it lifted.

A few months later, when I came downstairs in the early morning for quiet time, I opened the door to the living room and again, felt the tangible presence of God, yet even stronger than the time before. It was holy, it was electric, it was heavenly and my body tingled in the glorious presence of God.  Read Portals of Heaven, Ancient Gates

I sat down in my “quiet time” chair and suddenly I felt an intense, powerful sword, slowly being pushed down into me, from the top of my head down into my abdomen. As it moved downward through my body I could feel every centimeter of its travel. My body shook as I was compressed under this extreme, penetrating power of God, I could do nothing but surrender to what God was doing in me.

I can’t tell you how long this manifestation lasted but when my wife, Jae came downstairs from her quiet time that morning, the anointing rested upon me and it still lingered in the room. When I laid my left hand on her forehead, she could feel the anointing flow over her head as well. Truly, I had just experienced a divine encounter at the well.

A Well Is a Place of Divine Appointment
In Genesis, chapter 24, Rebekah’s destiny was at the well, she had gone there many times but on this particular day, her life changed forever for she was about to meet her Isaac.

Blue Water Swirling in a WhirlpoolIn John 4: 6-7 “Now, Jacob’s well was there. Jesus therefore, being wearied with [his] journey, sat thus on the well: [and] it was about the sixth hour. There cometh a woman of Samaria to draw water: Jesus saith unto her, Give me to drink.” The Samaritan woman’s life was about to change forever. God doesn’t manifest Himself to us just to give us a thrill but to change us eternally. The effects of our change can impact our family, our city, our region and our nation.

How many divine encounters have we missed due to our busy undisciplined lives in which we don’t come to the well or when we do come, we don’t allow time to sit and wait for Him at His well?

In John 7:27 “Now on the last day, the great {day} of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink.”

God will meet you at the well. Come to His well and come often for you never know which day He will be waiting for you there. Come, Come to His well!

  • Let God Cast the Vision

Proverbs 29:18, says “Where [there is] no vision, the people perish.” The emphasis here is “prophetic vision” berthed by God.Sometimes as Christians, we can be placed into a position that may seem to be too big for our wisdom, knowledge or abilities to accomplish. It is in these kinds of situations that we have to leave our own self-reliance and turn toward God.

Jesus said in Mat. 6:10, “Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” This verse gives us a model for our lives and especially in any situation which seems to be beyond our own natural abilities or power to achieve.

When asked by church leadership to take on a ministry or project we should approach the throne of God and ask how He wants this ministry or project to be done and then trust Him to reveal it to us. If we allow God to show us what the will of the Father is, then He will put His stamp on it and we will be successful in His eyes.

When my wife and I were asked by our church leadership to begin a new ministry, we knew immediately that we didn’t have a clue how to do it. We didn’t hide it from our pastors that we were clueless in this matter, in fact, we told them we hadn’t even noticed that this ministry was needed. We left the meeting with our pastors and began to ask God to show us His vision for this ministry. We knew we needed His plan to bring about His will and to complete our pastor’s vision. I hate to think about how it would have turned out if we hadn’t started seeking God first.

God then showed me a vision where my wife and I were standing outdoors, we each had a shovel in our hands and were digging a grave-shaped hole. I was thinking “why are we digging a grave”? When we stopped digging, we reached down into the grave and pulled out a person who was dead. As we pulled them up and out of the grave, we dusted them off, and as we cared for them, we saw them come back to life. Then the vision was over, but then we knew what God wanted this ministry to be.The vision cast by God showed us the heart of God in this ministry however, God left it up to us in how we would do things to bring His will to pass. If God had to tell us every little detail of what to do, we would be nothing more than dim-witted people.

Moses didn’t know how to build a tabernacle nor had there ever been a tabernacle on earth; Moses needed God to cast him a vision. God said to Moses, “According to all that I am going to show you, {as} the pattern of the tabernacle and the pattern of all its furniture, just so you shall construct {it.}” Ex. 25:9

When you allow God to show you His vision for a ministry or a project, you will find greater enthusiasm, and in times of doubt, discouragement or seemingly ineffectiveness, be sure and remember the given vision and hold fast to His will.
