Vision of the Three Legged Donkey – End Times

Over five years ago, I was sitting in a congregation as the preacher began to speak about the second coming of Christ. The more he talked, the more excited he became telling of how the return of Christ would occur according to the pre-tribulation doctrine.

As I watched this display of the man’s egotism, the spirit within me was scratching in anguish for Holy Spirit had been showing me many things about the pre-tribulation doctrine that just weren’t correct. In anguish, I continued to listen as the preacher declared what I now know to be counterfeit doctrine, however the congregation was in full agreement with their amen’s and applause.

Vision:

three legged donkeySuddenly, a vision was set before me and I was standing in an open field. The speaker I was listening to at the time, was sitting upon a donkey to my left. The preacher and donkey proceeded to trot along in front of me heading from my left to my immediate right, in a straight line. The preacher’s jaw was fixed as he looked straight ahead and didn’t notice me standing there.

I observed that the donkey was missing his front left leg! The two of them continued to trot past me and proceeded for several more steps before the donkey fell over hitting the ground landing on his left side.  The preacher fell to the ground in the process, rolled over and got up as quick as he could.  At that time, I heard God say, “Although the teaching is in error, the man will not perish.” The vision ended.

Meaning:

The preacher riding the donkey means that he is on board with the doctrine and parading it for others to see. By the preacher’s jaw being fixed means that he is stubborn and isn’t looking around for truth since he believes he already has it.

The donkey represents lowliness and stubbornness. The three legged donkey with the left front leg missing represents imbalance, instability and error in the doctrine. Falling over to the left means the doctrine goes opposite of God’s Word.

A wise man’s heart [is] at his right hand; but a fool’s heart at his left.” Ecc. 10:2

And Jesus said to them, “Cast the net on the righthand side of the boat and you will find {a catch.}  So they cast, and they were not able to haul it in because of the great number of fish.”  John 21:6  The disciples had fished all night on the left side of the boat, going left indicates leaning away from truth or God’s plan.

The donkey and preacher were traveling along a timeline. The donkey starting from my left and moved past me to my immediate right, meaning the pre-tribulation teaching has been taught for sometime and currently is the prevalent teaching.  My standing stationary represents the time point of when the vision occurred.

The donkey going past by several steps from where I was standing and falling over signifies that sometime in the future, the error of the pre-tribulation doctrine will be exposed.  Actual events prophesied in the Bible begin with evidence in the heavens and the earth.

pretribDangerous and difficult times will make many begin to question the pre-tribulation teaching as things begin to happen; Christians have been taught these things would only happen after the church was raptured away. Great fear will come upon many and they will realize they haven’t made spiritual preparation for the inevitable delay which will come upon the body of Christ.  Many will not be prepared for the delay and will perish for they have no flask filled with oil. Matthew 25:1-12.
The preacher in the vision loves God and pursues Him in an intimate way and has faithfully served for many years with a pure heart. The man is not foolish as in the parable of the ten virgins. However, loving God doesn’t prevent people from believing false doctrines taught by people trusted to know the truth.

“But the Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons.” 1 Tim. 4:1

Closing:

I am revealing this vision now along with other revelations because it is my hope that you will be willing to listen. I realize in the past this hasn’t been the case, however the time is short and the onset of serious world events is nigh upon the earth.

It takes humility and trust as a child to learn the truth of God. If you think you can use your intellect to understand His mysteries then you are already deep in error in your walk with Him. Theology is man’s attempt to explain what he doesn’t understand.

“Whoever then humbles himself as this child, he is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.” Mt. 18:4

“Truly I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child will not enter it {at all.}” Lk. 18:17

I find that people are trusting in what they have been taught by respected seminaries and preached in most churches as the truth. The pre-tribulation doctrine is prevalent on the bookshelves in the Christian stores, Christian TV ministers declares it to be so, movies are made and conferences are held with speakers supporting this doctrine as absolute fact and revelation of God. Many might ask how could it be incorrect if it’s taught by almost everyone in the church with few exceptions?

As long as ministers of the gospel keep parroting what others are teaching without seeking Holy Spirit as the Revealer of Truth, there will continue to be error, misunderstanding and division in our church doctrine. As long as Bible scholars rely on their own intelligence to understand Biblical mysteries, there will always be error in doctrine and we will have hundreds of different church denominations -just as we do today.

“As for you, the anointing which you received from Him abides in you, and you have no need for anyone to teach you; but as His anointing teaches you about all things, and is true and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you abide in Him.” 1 John 2:27

When Apostle Paul first preached the gospel at Berea they listened politely and then went and examined the writings to see if what Paul was saying lined up with the scriptures.

“Now these were more noble-minded than those in Thessalonica, for they received the word with great eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily {to see} whether these things were so.” Acts 17:11

Unless we’re willing to trust Holy Spirit to teach us the truth and we lay down all our biases on Biblical teaching and become a blank slate for truth from God, then we’ll not be able to accurately learn or discern truth. It’s not easy to do these things, but God gives grace to the humble. “But He gives a greater grace. Therefore {it} says, “GOD IS OPPOSED TO THE PROUD, BUT GIVES GRACE TO THE HUMBLE.” James 4:6

“Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth.” 2 Tim. 2:15

“One who teaches needs to make sure what they are teaching is absolutely correct as confirmed by Holy Spirit. Let not many {of you} become teachers, my brethren, knowing that as such we will incur a stricter judgment.” James 3:1

We must approached God in prayer and humbly lay down everything we’ve been taught and remain open to Holy Spirit’s teaching.  This is especially important when Holy Spirit is flagging such an errant doctrine to the body of Christ.

“{There is} one body and one Spirit, just as also you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all who is over all and through all and in all.” Eph. 4:4-6

Therefore, at this time, I’m releasing this word, accepting my obligation to God to warn as many as will listen from far and wide.

“He who receives a prophet in {the} name of a prophet shall receive a prophet‘s reward; and he who receives a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man’s reward.” Mat. 10:41

I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for your faith in our Father and his faithfulness to you and your wife through grace and divine inspiration. Reading your personal experiences of the hand-in-hand walk with our Savior and thru the wisdom and understanding of Holy Spirit has truly encouraged me to seek Him with all of my mind, my heart, my soul and my strength. We serve an amazing Creator who desires us to have a very intimate relationship with Him. Your recent “vision” of the Three-Legged Donkey-End Times and Millions Will Perish-End Times has opened my servant heart to receive God’s truth as opposed to steadfastly holding onto the more popular belief of a pre-tribulation rapture. It has encouraged me to grow “deep roots” into our Father and to prepare extra flasks of oil for my lamp should Christ tarry his return. Dressed daily in the full body armor as provisioned in Ephesians, we must be prepared to protect our hearts in these last days and conquer through the power of Holy Spirit and in the grace, peace and love of our beautiful Christ.
Blessings upon you and your home.

  • Holy Spirit Our Helper

Often when Christians think of Holy Spirit they only see Him as a helper in their spiritual walk and not in their day to day activities. Truly He will teach us all things and help us when we are reliant upon him.helperYears ago when I was a babe in Christ, I worked a job being responsible for a common carrier microwave video carrier network that covered hundreds of miles across Texas. Many times I would get called on an outage and be on the job site until I completed the repairs. Back then, we did component level repairs of almost all equipment, which means we diagnosed on site whatever the problem and came up with a fix to restore service to our customers.

I was on call one Saturday morning, and received a call that a particular piece of equipment malfunctioned about thirty miles from home. After many hours of on-site diagnostics, I removed the piece of equipment and took it back to the repair shop. I worked and cannibalized some other equipment to make the proper repairs.

When the sun rose on Sunday morning, I believed I had repaired the problem but I wasn’t really confident that it was going to work. I drove thirty miles back to the job site, pulled up to the gate and said to myself, “I sure hope this works.” Immediately, I heard Holy Spirit say to me, “Try it, it’ll work.” My confidence soared; I had heard God in the matter. I thought I’d been working all night alone, but I had a helper right by me saying, “Try it, it’ll work.”

I went into the facility, walked up to the equipment bay, installed the piece of equipment and powered it up. The equipment usually would immediately blow a fuse, but this time it came on line and the problem was solved! I was amazed that God cared about such a non-Bible matter.

Many times that job kept me out of church services and sometimes I would be confronted by well-meaning church members chastising me for working on Sunday and missing church. They looked at me as less than themselves; they looked at my situation and not my heart.

Now, I was certain that God was concerned about my minute issues as well as the spiritual matters in my life. Even if my job took me away from church meetings from time to time, it didn’t take me away from Him. After all Jesus didn’t say, “I’ve come to give you meetings and meetings more abundantly.” But He did say, “I’ve come to give you life and life more abundantly.” John 10:10

Later in my career, I was employed in a management role, my senior director called me requesting I come to his office. He didn’t say what he wanted, so as I walked the fifty or so steps to his office, I began to pray for witty ideas and for favor with my boss.

As I arrived at his office, I found him to be very distracted by personal matters. He was in a quandary over what he should speak about at a Toastmasters meeting the next day during lunch. He needed to give his speech as an outline based subject matter, and he couldn’t think of anything.

I sat there a second, reached for a piece of paper on his desk, and without even looking at it; I handed it to him and said, “Use this!” I didn’t know what I had given him, but when I saw the look on his face, I knew the God in me had moved, and He had moved in a miraculous way. The paper I handed him was an itemized list of company guidelines and successful business practices.

He stared at it the paper, then at me, then back at the paper, and then at me for what seemed like an eternity. Suddenly, he went into jubilation and said, “This is exactly what I need, how did you do that!?” I just smiled and we chuckled together.

As we discussed some other company issues, several times he interrupted himself, looked at me and said, “I still don’t know how you did that!” My boss was a believer, but to my knowledge, he had never witnessed anything like this. I kept on my best poker face during the time in his office, but as soon as I got away, I could no longer contain my exuberant gratefulness to my God and my Helper.

It seems I often exhaust all my efforts on a dilemma before I surrender for the Helper to get involved, but I’m learning more and more to go to Him first and request His help. I just shared two stories, spanning thirty years or more, yet there are many other times my Helper has delivered me when in dire straits. It’s true, that if it’s our business it’s His business. Before Jesus went to the cross he told of God’s plan to send us a Helper which is Holy Spirit and that He is the Spirit of truth.

John 14:16-17 “I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may be with you forever;{that is} the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it does not see Him or know Him, {but} you know Him because He abides with you and will be in you.

John 16:7 “But I tell you the truth, it is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him to you.

John 16: 13 “But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth; for He will not speak on His own initiative, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come.

1 Peter 5:7 “casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you.”
